because yes, you can remove heat riser effect with debilitate completely, dekaja is only slightly useful than debilitate because it has cheaper SP cost and dekaja unlock much earlier than debilitate, after you have access to deblitate you don't need dekaja anymore
i never ever keep dekaja or dekunda except for my just for fun persona build
Casting debilitate on a heat rise'd enemy will not make their stats negative. You would have to debilitate them twice in a row to do that.
As for the buff/debuff arrows, those only show up if the enemy actually has buffs or debuffs. If you don't see the arrows, it means the enemy stats are neutral.
