They could release it May 31 and it'd still be in accordance to their stated plan. I'm sorry that Atlus had a gun to your head.

i think Atlus never force you to buy the expansion pass, i mean you could play the main story w/o expansion pass and for BGM you could install mods anyway with your own favorite song or bring back OG BGM
