Game/Unreal Engine crashing since newest Nvidia driver release

Anyone else been having trouble with the game crashing when loading saves or changing areas since the last Nvidia driver update 572.16?

I never had trouble before (though I have had trouble with other games, like Cyberpunk and... anything released by EA, Dragon Age Veilguard, Madden 25, NFS Unbound, etc), but suddenly since the update I'm getting unpredictable crashes. Luckily I haven't lost any progress yet, and it hasn't happened while climbing Tartarus or anything, but darn this is annoying and kinda scary. It would suck to corrupt a save or lose a lot of progress~.
