yes, those 3. If I put them on a lesser persona will it be used when i swap it out for 1 of the elites? Wasnt sure of this because the unshaken skill doesnt help when im using another persona.

This skills work only if you start battle with equipped persona with that skills. This means that this persona must be selected on a permanent basis, literally every battle if you want to get those skils to do they're job.

Those skills not work if you not choose Persona with that skills to the start of battle.

Alright thanks for the clarification. I've put them on black frost because he isn't very useful at end december anymore to use lucifer/beelzebob and satanael for the harder monad doors.

Use still use Black Frost? Level 37 persona till December? You should generally get rid of personas who are below your character level.
