Single-Target Boost question

This'll probably sound like an incredibly stupid question to people more knowledgeable of how the games numbers work, but does Single-Target Boost modify your base attack? You're only targeting a single shadow, so in my eyes it SHOULD boost your damage.

I think normal attacks are not included in the skills category, that is, they are different types of attacks. Although you can test it yourself. Try attacking an enemy with and without this skill and check. But I think no, this skill does not give a bonus to normal attacks.

It doesn't boost your base normal attack, only skills

I believe it specifically states *skills* with a single target. Basic attack isn't a skill.
