How do you change Mouse keybinds for dash/attack?

Returning to the game after a year and I want my Dash to be Right Click and my Attack to be Left Click but I can't change the mouse keybind for either of those at all. It is stuck at Dash being Middle Mouse Scroll Wheel (why???) and Attack being Right Click.

I swear I was able to play with those controls before. Did some update screw up the keybindings? Does anyone know how to change the mouse keybind settings for those two at all? Maybe with the help of some mods or editing game files?

It's strange since other Atlus games I played dont have any issue with rebinding mouse controls.
