P3R Elements blurry/pixelated 1440p

As stated in title. Menus and character cut-ins look pixelated and rough around edges. But actual gameplay and character portraits look fine! I've read that going fullscreen should fix the blurry issues, but not completely in my case

Running using 1440p monitor, fullscreen, 200% render scale
Ryzen 7800xt

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

This solution will fix menus, but character cut-ins (and other FMVs, like the anime cutscenes) are unfortunately heavily compressed and will likely never look good at 1440p. Older builds of the game had the uncompressed FMVs included (unused), and there was a mod to make the game use those instead, but that's not the case in the current version (they were patched out).
