Is it necessary to listen all dialogues?

I click every dialogue in every places. I just want to know is that necessary? Or I can just ignore them?

I don't understand how it is weird. Just like there are a bunch of game walkthroughs, guides exist in this world. If asking such questions are weird, they will not exist and will not have many many gamers to watch it, to read it. You all asking people to play how they want is correct but not to reply such thing to a post like this. I definitely sure that if you all are the dev, whenever the gamers question you, ask you a question, you will just reply do whatever you want., it is your freedom. Imagine if Ubisoft release assassin's creed shadow and there are a bunch of gamers asking for whether they should ignore the side quests or not, you will be the one who answer "do whatever you want, instead of asking me that thing, I am just a dev", while there must have many other gamers who are willing to answer that questions. Go find those posts, not that hard, even persona 3 reload has many like these. And I have never saw anyone saying play the game how you want when there is a post asking about the game. If you all thinks like this, go to see other post and post to every post, play the game how you want. This answer should applies to all posts. Go try and see what will happen.
If you are the who want to seek answers when playing and there are people answering you do whatever you want, what will you feel? I am not asking should I have the character to go left or go right, or asking whether which persona I should choose. I am asking if anyone tries to click all the dialogues and anything special to come out, is clicking all dialogues necessary for this game, like pokemon, there are also some secret things being unlocked from doing the dialogues, but they just looks like normal person standing aside.
Only what you all doing are wasting time instead.

It's really not a difficult thing to grasp lol. play how you want to play. If you don't want to waste your time talking to every npc in the game, then don't talk to every npc in the game. If you want to see all dialogue, then go for it.

Do you guys get what I am asking? It seems no one understand my question. I am asking whether there are any dialogues are special that will trigger anything also special, it can be a side quest, it can be collectables. It seems you guys never try to click every dialogue to see what will happen, at least for the last game I played, ghost of tsushima, side quests are from clicking dialogues from the person who just standing everywhere.

I don't want to waste my time talking to useless npc, but I don't know whether there are npcs looks like useless but have things to trigger. That is why I am asking.

No need to worry about random passerby npcs. I would recommend but you don't have to talk to the main cast of characters because they say interesting things and of course talk to and meet up with characters with the cards over their heads which signify a social link. You more than likely won't get every social link maxed out first playthrough. Try not to bombard yourself with guides also. Persona games as a whole are based around you talking to and getting to know the characters. It's part of the story. Everyones dialogue changes throughout your progress in the game including randoms in the streets. You can check in on a whim like me if you want as they will comment on various goings on around the town that they've noticed. Every day I check in with the main characters without fail but randoms? meh.
