Is The Answer included in the Digital Premium edition?

I'm wondering if i should get that, or just the base game + Expansion Pass for The Answer (Do not care about cosmetics at all)

I heard that Atlus frauded players saying that ALL DLCs will be in Digital Premium Edition even what will be released in future. But players who buy Digital Premium Edition don't get The Answer DLC, so that's why in this DLC so many negative rewiews, because Atlus practically ripped $30 out of players who wanted to get future DLC. And now they're demanding another $35 for in-game DLC. Really are a company of evil. I think after that many players never will trust to this company.

The Answer DLC is good, but players just get frauded so that's why there's so many bad reviews. So maybe you shouldn't buy it.

The answer is not part of the Digital Premium, so if u don't care about the extra personas u get on the digital premium (not sure if u can get them otherwise in game) you should just get the base game plus the expansion pass
