Scarlet havoc
How to get scarlet havoc persona? I somehow can't fuse mithra and siegfried into scarlet havoc. Same thing was with Decarabia - i simply couldn't get it by fusion with the right persona, but when i summoned DLC persona it allowed me to fuse decarabia with it

Scarlet Havoc is a Theurgy skill that unlocks when you have Siegfried and Mithras registered. It's not an actual persona. If you're using the GitHub calculator (https://aqiu384.github.io/megaten-fusion-tool/p3r/personas), go to Fusion Settings and enable any DLC personas you have so that the calculator accounts for them.

I have them both in compendium and still don't have Scarlet Havoc theurgy

Don't you need both of them in your party at the same time to unlock the Theurgy?

They were in my party - nothing happened.

Sorry for asking something so obvious, but are you sure that you fused Mithra"s" and not Mithra? They are 2 different personas and for Scarlet Havoc you need Mithras.

Mithra is 20~ lvl in compendium, right?
