Can't Start Mutatsu Social Link

What the title says. I can't seem to start Mutatsu's SL despite Yuko already being Rank 6 and my Courage being maxed out. When I go to Club Escapade I don't get any new dialogue options from the bartender etc. What am I doing wrong?

Did you talk to Mutatsu when he is there first? Because you hear from Yuko, talk to the priest, then talk to the bartender.

You would also have to take orders before you're allow to talk to Mutatsu. You do this little memory minigame to order Whisky for Mutatsu.

Not the bartender. You have to speak with the waiter, he is waiting near the bartender.

You have to talk to Mutatsu first, then you'll get the quest to get him a drink. He should be sat upstairs in the club from Thursday night through to Sunday.

Not sure how far you are, but he should be available on July 26th, and you have to talk to Yuko first before his social link pops up.
