Cannot Enter Faculty Lounge To Start Emperor Social Link. Help!

I need a little help here please. I am on 4/27 and I am supposed to start the Emperor social like with the student council. The problem is I am suppose to meet my teacher in the faculty lounge. I want to the lounge and I cannot get it. The main character says "It's the faculty office. It seems I cannot get in from this side." Is there another way to enter. Where can I find my teacher. Please tell me I messed up wit something and its not a bug. I dropped too much money on this game for it to be a bug.
