Global key and DLCs in restricted regions

Hi, I wanted to inquire about global keys(specifically persona 3 reload). In Saudi Arabia, persona 3 reload is restricted in the region so i could not buy it. However, I found out that I can use a global key(according to G2A and CDkeys retailers). The question is does the key really apply? And if it does, can i buy the Aigis expansion pack later? or must it be a global key too?

make sure it said on the website that it can be activated in your region and it will work.
However, that being said, keys work right now but might not be the case in future.
I think cd keys got some good deal rn, so it will be good.
as of the answer, can't see any website selling key for it so all can do is wait and see.

if the store page not available means your only chance that u need a global key
