The recent update I think messed up my video settings. I used to not have a problem playing on window borderless mode with 1920 x 1080 and consistent frame rate.
Now, it locks to... I think 3800? It tries to play the game in 4K on borderless mode. Now in fullscreen, it runs bad at 1920 x 1080.
Is there a way to fix this?
