Same here, maybe performance stuff? ive gotten some nasty screen tearing on cutscenes and some small chuggin during the day time.

The actual download is 2.5gb, the 15gb is the size of the game files being patched.

from steamdb this update, the game had size changes in a few files 1 -6.91gb, and the other -6.84gb, this update actually removed a few things looks like, or optimize them, just need to wait the patch notes that will arrive probably soon

Hopefully they will finally fix the stupid menus at 30fps if you have 120fps selected.
