Koromaru or Aigis?

I really like to have Aigis on the team since she's strong but the dog is just adorable and i'm having a hard time figuring out if i should switch

Who is rest of the team? Korumaru is pretty good and covers dark and fire very well, even has an almighty skill.
Aigis is purely melee and support.
Go with korumaru if you need an attacker/caster, or Aigis if you want a Melee/Support.

Rest of my team is Junpei and Yukari, which would you choose if you needed to have those 2 in your team??

Junpei is pretty balanced, but mostly physical for skills. Yukari is a caster with support skills.
So long as you can cover most elements on the main character, Korumaru would benefit well. You can have him casting for damage, and if you can't hit a weakness, you will eventually get an almighty skill.

Personally I switch out my team every time I play so I get to use everyone at least once

Well that's because it is a guy making the sounds. I agree though, if there were one mod I'd download it'd be giving Koromaru ACTUAL dog sounds instead of an actor.
