There is no such thing called "consequence" for doing harem from 3-5.

There are no consequence for dating multiple girls because in vanilla and FES all female schoolmate social links automatically ended in romance. In Vanilla and FES there was a jealousy mechanic that would trigger if you reached a certain point in a girls social link and then neglected her to hang out with other people that could lead to a reversed social link but that was removed in Portable and is not present in Reload
