I will concede that it is odd a student would meet with a teacher at her house though and this could bring up a lot of questions. This isn't a practice I am familiar with as when I was in school you either stayed after class or school at the school to talk with teachers for advice or additional help.

Well from my expierience (veeery Eastern Europe) it's totally normal to take additional (payed) lessons at teacher's house. I'd been taking these back in my school days (2000's) and currently my friend who's a teacher offers such lessons. These usually take place at evenings or weekdays and not affiliated with school, so yeah, these commonly take place at teacher's house

Does the teacher Kenji is interested in make any on screen appearances, perhaps as one of the teachers that teaches your class, or does she only "appear" in third party conversations?

Because she has to transfer at any point during the game, she is only related to Kenji's Social Link and only he mentions her. She doesn't appear as a teacher either.

Kenji is an idiot, actually its funny because in P3 especially, half of the social link characters are utterly stupid in their goals or motives and you just support them because that's what actually advances your friend/relationships, calling them out on when they're being stupid almost never nets you additional points, and in worse cases in the ps2 version could even reverse the social link lol

That's true. The Emperor social link, I forget his name, but the student council disciplinary committee member is a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. To be fair, he's not a brown nosing suck up, he actually has legitimate reasons for his goals, but the means he employs to achieve them are completely incorrect.

The ideal outcome of his story line wold be for him to be accused and convicted on highly circumstantial evidence that is almost non-existentially connected to him and what he is accused of. It might teach him a lesson about the concept of due diligence in running an investigation.
