Is it worth doing the Monad Passages?
I'm in the final couple of months in the game, and I kind of want to skip them in order to move on with the story. I don't seem get a lot of XP from doing them, and I don't think there's a reward for doing all of them, so is it worth doing them? I only did them for the ocassional costume unlock, but I haven't gotten any in a while so...

You unlock more arcana in shuffletime. You can ignore the monads that just has you give the map layout for the current and next floor but don't skip the ones end of blocks. If you care about doing the secret boss I think all the arcana you get at the end of monad is needed.

do only the fixed ones such as 91F, 117F, 143F, 171F, 197F, and 255F, especially 255F this is a place to fight with liz later, you can ignore other randomly appear monad passage

For the Monad Depths (the single boss doors), I've been doing those because I think they guarantee an Arcana card during Shuffle Time. But I don't care about the secret boss, since I doubt I'll be able to take them on (I'm more of a story game when it comes to RPGs).

I personally wouldn't skip the Monado Doors only because they force a Shuffle Time, so if you get some cards beforehand, you can fish for good Arcana cards like stat boost, that's essentially what I do every time I go to Tartarus.
