WHEN EVERYONE WAS HATING ON THE DAMN EXPANSION PASS I WAS LIKE "WHATEVER, THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE ANSWER SO I'LL JUST BUY THAT ALONE FOR A BIT CHEAPER", AND NOW I SEE THAT I CAN'T.

I was wondering about this too. I beat P3P ages ago on the PSP so I didnt buy the remake. I never played FES and I don't want to buy the whole game again.
just forget about the expansion, it will ruin the base game ending for you, you have been warned

First time on Steam? The individual DLC generally won't be up there until much closer, if not on, it's September release date. In the meantime the only option to 'get' it will be via the expansion pass. It's just cynical marketing - they know the main draw is the expansion rather than the additional BGM and costumes, in sticking only the pass up now they're hoping those with low patience or self control will buy the pass today rather than wait six months to pick up just the expansion.

I would not get it even if it was free... I don't know about this remake, but the original kind of, as you said, ruined FES for me. The lack of the Compendium is manegeable, but the excessive grind without any other ativicties is boring to the tears.

I'll wait until 10-15$. I rather spend 35$ dollar on shadow of the erd tree. SH2 premium edition did me dirty I won't buy expensive a$s edition anymore you know how atlus work.
Aigis episode rly feel like was made for the sake of having something to add into FES to me. The story of Aigis episode is just stupid and ruined the base story for me personally and the ending too.

unless they change the ending at least, i'm not touching the story DLC

Calm down guys since the real DLC is out in September :satisfied:

There is a chance that the dlc won't be listed separately at all. At the same time, there is a chance it won't be listed separately until everything is out. So we'll have to wait until September.

not a big deal lol

You talk like if u were an Atlus employee like if u know they WILL put it separately lol btw I'm on Steam since like 2013, I've seen so many companies do this ♥♥♥♥ and just never ever releasing the content separated.

I mean by that logic, why did they even bother separating all the other dlcs. They could of put into one giant pack or bgm/persona/costume packs.

Because the $35 is for the Answer and everything else was just put in to test out an Expansion/Season/Battle Pass. It's just to find a reason, so you can buy it now and get something right now.

If it's just an insane amount for you, just wait a few years. Atlus games are always on sale and there are websites which show you the price history of games, so you can see what sales to expect, based on similar games from the company. I wouldn't be surprised if the dlc will get an 80 % price cut in a few years.

Atlus just does basic microeconomics. Have a high price at first, so people who would buy the game for a high price will buy it, and then just cut the price from time to time, so people will buy it with a different utility function and different budget restrictions.

P5R has been ported to pc from 2 years ago and still not drop a cent. Must wait for sales in next year.
