Persona stats about ailments question

I get stats St, Ma, En.

So firstly, I know you can't evade -nda and break spells.

For Ag (Agility), I know the higher it is, the more it prioritizes your turn order before anyone. Does having 99 Ag evade status ailments from enemies? Or is that Lu?

For Lu (Luck), I understand that it being higher, YOU have a higher chance of putting stat ailments on enemies and instant-death skills like hama and mudo skills has a higher chance of having no effect on you when casted BY ENEMIES. Does this also affect how you can evade status ailments from enemies?

Having Unshaken Will is pointless because it only nulls Confuse/Fear/Charm/Distress/Rage. It doesn't null Freeze/Shock/Poison/Down/Dizzy.

So if all my equipped Personas have either Ag, Lu, or both is maxed to 99, does that mean you evade ailments most of the time? Or it doesn't matter, as it only affects the things I said above? I have a persona specifically for heal/revive/cleanse in case.

I'm more of a "prevent" guy than being affected then cure (Amrita Shower).
