Reasoning for that is because in the Original, you are completely forced to fight her without much possible cheese strategies except doing an Ananta Infinity spam and High Counter only for damage. FES and P3P's have pros and cons between each other that makes them easier or harder depending on your perspective. For example, in FES you can have a Plume of Dusk (basically a free revive) in any difficulty, and you can resist all phys and all magic on top of all of that. While in P3P, the preparation is much more easy to achieve and Messiah's distinction of having the strongest magic attacks in the game melts through her HP like butter.
Here in Reload, we can completely do a 100% reliable 5 turn kill strategy using King and I without fail, even with DLC or not so it's really easy to just go at it and beat her. Many people find that disappointing, but honestly trying to fight her in more varied methods is a fun idea by itself. But I do wish she's more menacing.
Depends, her IK in the original has 70% change of hitting. If anything, it's the same.
The base of her dyne spells before were 9999. Now they're the same as the versions we can use.
