How do you get request 101?

i was told you had to kill the reaper, but i did that request and still nothing. do i have to do all of elizabeths requests first? i still have to clear that one monad passage at the top and buy that one weapon for ken

Pretty sure since you already completed the reaper quest, you just need to finish the last monad passage since it requires you to go back there for quest 101.

after beating reaper should pop-up defeat shadow of the void quest at the last monad passage, then after that you can do the quest 101
