30 fps menu

Hello guys, I have a question, every time I enter the game menu it drops to 30 fps, my question is, is the game menu like this or do I have a problem? The same thing happens to me when I save, I would greatly appreciate an answer.

I’ve never seen that issue before. Guessing the game runs fine except for the menu?

Menus are locked to 30FPS, rest of the game is not affected.
