I finally got it by fusing Satan with Lucifer to get Micheal. Angelic Grace was the skill that changed into Almighty Amp for me.

I got Almighty Boost to change into it, so might want to try that too. Heard someone got it from Ali Dance too.

I had Auto-Mataru turn into it once.
