almighty amp

i heard its in the game, i'm curious on how to get it

I completed the compendium and didn't see Almighty Amp (maybe I missed it by not leveling all the top Personas up to 99), but Helel gets Almighty Boost when he gets up in the high level 90s (I think Lv. 95). It's possible it could appear as a skill change, maybe on Satan or Helel.

According to this, it's available via skill change, which I think is the only method. I don't think there's a skill card for it.

damn, even more rng? looks like i just gotta keep fusing a persona with ali dance and pray for it to change into almighty amp

Yeah, not sure if I'll get that, but my current almighty boost and multi-target boost is basically the budget version.

So I said this, but then got it in less than an hour of spamming Legion and Slime fusions. Mine actually changed from Almighty Boost not Ali Dance though.

I got mine from fusing Ananta, Vile Assault->Almighty Amp. Took 2 hours tho of save scumming.
