How to get king frost?

I have been trying to get king frost after getting the sugar key and I can't find the fusion combination for it and it ends giving me goemon instead.

oh great. so dlc persona's break fusion again i guess. on p5 they made it harder to fuse some things. try some of the combos from https://aqiu384.github.io/megaten-fusion-tool/p3r/personas/King%20Frost/fissions if its accurate, not tested ye myself.

If you're using the GitHub fusion calculator (the one mentioned in the comment above), go to Fusion Settings, scroll down to Downloadable Content, then enable all the DLC personas you have. That will readjust all the combinations to match your game.
