Hi, I'm trying 100% the game, but im a bit insecure about teamates ultimate persona(Jumpei don't have a confidant for example) how i can get their Ultimate persona????? I searched in the Internet and i found nothing can help?

Confidants give you a persona you can fuse when at max rank. depending on their arcana. party members get ultimate through story progression.

These are social links not confidants. A confidant provide you a benefit in battle, a social don't, and you get the ultimate personas after some important events in the second part of the game.

yeah sorry social links. but there are some persona's the MC cannot fuse if you do not max out the links. at least if it follows the original.

Junpei is Magician Arcana so imagine Kenji is Junpei (unlock Futsunushi), then Akihiko is Emperor so Hidetoshi (unlock Thor), Ken is Justice so Chihiro (unlock Melchizedek), last Koro is Strength so Yuko (unlock Atavaka), Shinji is Hiero so old couple (unlock Kohryu), female party has Social Links. Also there are Link Episodes for every Male party

if you want the best one try to max star because it will unlock Helel, and Thunder Reign still obtainable only thru Thor

If you manage to max out every Social Link in a single playthrough, you will unlock Orpheus Telos, the best persona in the game because this one resist everything but almighty, useful against secret boss.

You need to do all the social links to get the ultimates of each arcana, also you need to do the linked episodes to unlock other personas that are needed to do some ultimates.
