will the stats (charm,study,strengh) stay when i finish my first run and start the secound run?

EXCEPT for a Merciless NG+ You will take just about everything with you on a rerun... and yes; that includes social stats, level and stat increases (due to usage of incense or tarot pickups from tartarus)

MErciless, however, just about resets anything that isn't cosmetic

Apparently on Merciless the game even warns you that basically nothing carries over other than costumes you unlocked and maybe some souvineer items from social links u maxxed, which are basically soma-tier healing items. Found this below, basically if you plan to NG+ you possibly need to drop the game down to hard before NG+, unless you can choose hard on new game+ then import I am unsure. I mean it makes sense as its basically the games super hard mode (That honestly is not really hard if you know what your doing, its just a slog as everything can take a while to kill)

"One final note: practically nothing can be carried over into a Merciless difficulty run. It would sort of defeat the point of the super-hard mode, after all. Upon trying to load a Merciless file from old Save Data, the game warns you that the only thing that will transfer is the various costumes you've collected, as well as a handful of less-than-useful souvenir items from your friends."
