game parade yield highest stats.
-> second close for courage is special wilduck burger menu during weekend for courage
-> second close for academics is wakatsu kitchen that has fish omega whatever which cost 900 yen not the 680 yen
-> for charm then Hagakure Ramen, but this like the last option if game parade doesn't have charm boost of the current evening

sooo if you have more money then just game parade spam every night

they both seem to raise stats by 2 musical notes though? is that not accurate?

The notes correspond to a range of points not specifically 1/2/3, so different 2 note activities can give different amounts and it just shows the notes.

(I'm not sure what the precise underlying point totals are, I don't know if anyone's systematically examined them yet beyond generally finding which are faster like Arifufu posted).

There's apparently something of a hidden value that the restaurants do not improve that the arcade does, making the arcade the best tool to increase social stats. That said, if you are doing or trying to do an all-in-one run then you are going to use both.

Worth noting you don't have to worry about it that much. Genius rating only has a couple of uses, and you have way more than enough time to get there before it will be useful as long as you don't completely neglect it. Just don't study or go to the library. Both are a definite waste of time.

Also worth noting the shrine is a thing. 10k yen has a chance to pop either a two note value range for academics, or if you get really lucky, a three note value. It's just expensive and inconsistent, but not a bad alternative if you happen to be stacked on cash.

Not sure. I don't know if results are rolled by the day, or if it's rolled when you actually confirm your donation amount.

Pretty sure the Shrine only gives three notes on Sundays iirc.

On that note, does anyone know the require Academic level for first place in Exams? Mainly the July one.

Rank 4, I think. (It was sufficient for me hitting 1st place with answering the questions correctly).

I would check, but we leave for the beach right after exams. I could force 5 by doing shrine + other activities, but idk if its neccesary.

P.S. I decided to skip through everything until the results. You can get top in the July exams if you have Academics lvl 4.
