8/5 Rescuing a cat in Tartarus?

I'm on 8/5, and one of the things the network says people accomplished in Tartarus is "rescued a cat." Am I missing something? Only two people went missing this cycle according to the Elizabeth + the police notice board. Is the cat tied to something else?

I don't think the cats appear on the board but Liz will mention it if you talk to her in Tatarus

You must be thinking of the cat that Elizabeth wants you to feed.

Cats will show up in Tartarus from time to time (usually once between full moons) and I think always appear on a block from the previous month and usually pretty far away from a teleporter, so you have to go back through the majority of the previous block. It's kind of a hassle. They don't appear on the missing persons board, but when you go to Tartarus Elizabeth will tell you that a cat wandered in. You'll get a small reward for finding and rescuing them.

That's a seperate thing; like the above post mentioned... every so often you have to save a cat from wandering in to tartarus. It's pretty much a random event which nets you a hand full of Twilight shards in case you neve encountered a Dark Floor hazard (as those usually come paired wth all the breakable objects containing twilight shards... great for when you have the Devil Tarot active... less great for the bigger floors as the Reaper usually has a increased chance of spawning to)
