Rearranging skills.

Is there anyway to rearrange a Persona's skills? Outside of doing so through fusion results? Like for instance; I put passives in the last available slots during fusion transference. But when they level up, a new skill messes up that sorting order. If there's no way to do so then I'll live w/ it. But if there is, I'd love to know how. Tyty for any answers.

yeah you can rearrange anytime you want .Go the persona skill menu and you can change it from there,

Open the in game menu then choose Persona then press whatever the button you set for the Stats twice (F for MnK, square for dualshock) then start rearranging.
