For those who don't know Tranq... Tranq is a street name for a drug combination that often includes xylazine, an animal sedative and mixed with other drugs like heroin or fentanyl it can cause wounds that can look like zombie-like flesh decay. Additionally, its sedative effects slows down a person's movements and reactions, making them appear zombie-like in their behavior and physical state. So basically image people hunched over hours at a time and react in a zombie like manner if at all.
