They also removed the bikini girl from the first cutscene, and the character portraits are all shoulder up now instead of including the torso and breasts

Well the LGBTQ community has been up and arms sending them Atlus feedback about transphobia in Atlus games. So I think they are trying their best to make what people want and not also not offend others. It was a pretty classic scene, but that scene was actually also removed in Persona 3 Portable on the PSP. I've passed on games due to censorship. But tbh this is still a great game and I don't think this situation is a deal breaker for me. There's still a lot of stuff that a woke crowd would get upset about or find problematic in this game so it's not like they've made the game suddenly PG-13 and woke to please that crowd.

It was such a classic scene that I had to struggle to remember it was ever there in the first place. Srsly, if this is your make or break issue no matter which side of the fence you're on, you need to get thicker skin.

music a mess of overdoing the renditions
cutscenes weaker than before
censorship
social links missing
no FEMC or "the answer"
coddle difficulty
casualization of game mechanics, over simplification making shuffle time easy
modern imagery (lgbt logo, badges, etc) subtlety put it cause ESG

Thats not censorship sorry to inform you. Its dumb to even call it that. Censorship is when an outside source demands or bans your game. You can't censor yourself. That is simply called a content decision on the game. Learn the difference. This is a common part of game development. Just a dumb comment about something that has absolutely no importance in the game. from someone who would never buy the game anyway. This guy never played this game. Theres this thing called games recently played in your profile.

As someone that had worked in the industry, internal censorship is absolutely a thing. Not everyone supports the censorship changes, and it's usually done out of social pressure.
