why we can't manage/delete owned personas in velvet room?

This really impressed me. I have a feeling that velvet room could have been so much more than we got. Why we cant delete or manage personas inside velvet room? I have to exit everytime to manage my persona party and this is horrible! I'm dumb or there is really no other way to do that easier??

Yeah, in P5 since you can move around you can go into the menu and delete them while stood in the Velvet Room. But since you're in a menu right away you can't do that in P3.

that honestly pisses me off. It's almost inexcusable for a "definitive edition" of the game
