artbook&soundtrack How do you execute?

I launched the art book and soundtrack files, but the game run. The same issue persists even after reinstalling.
Has anyone found a solution to this? Can someone share how they resolved it?

go into steam, go to your library and start Persona 3 Reload from the library then youll be given a choice, if you want to start the game, artbook or soundtrack

Sorry, but the choices don't appear at all. How can I make the options show up?

thats odd, did you buy the bigger editions of the game? you only get the artbook and soundtrack if you have the deluxe and super deluxe
