Report a translation problem
It kind of depends on what flavor that you like because they have vastly different tones.
P3 is kinda super dark. Not a lot of uplifting stuff to be found here.
P4 leans in heavy on the jokes, despite being a big murder mystery thingie.
P5 starts really dark, IMO the darkest in the entire series with how big of an a-hole the first baddie is, but gets very uplifting as you go along.
I was originally kind of a P4G > all guy, but after a second play-through of P5, I do think it is the best one yet

3 is a bit below the other two due to its much slower start in terms of intrigue and some very average social links, but it definitely reaches the quality of 4 and 5 later on as the social links and story improves.
As for Persona 1 and 2, I'll play them when they get easy to access modernized ports. Though it's pretty disappointing that the only mentions of 2 in this thread are from people immaturely looking down on others for not thinking it's the best. Surely they would recognize having a pretentious opinion like that isn't going to encourage people to seek out those games, but eh, evidently not.
