I think I sold the Outenta Mitsuyo before I even got the request from Elizabeth, is there any way I can get it back? Like buying it back or find another one in Tartarus?

Did you save recently beforehand, if so probs easier to just reload.

I think you can go back 2-3 days that way. Not sure how far back you sold it.

Try the rewind, see if you have it, otherwise I guess you'll have to make the decision to go back to your last save or just move on without the request. Not sure what the reward for that one is off the top of my head, but it's probably not worth multiple hours of catching back up.
