Quick Warning About Elizabeth's Quests

So I really appreciated finding out that you could complete some quests without having to accept them first. However, that's not the case with all quests. It seems like both the timed quests where Elizabeth wants you to bring her something from a specific character, as well as the fortune teller quests, need to be accepted to actually trigger the quests.

The fortune teller thing was especially annoying for me to find out the hard way. I was trying to complete Quest 8 and even made sure to buy a rarity fortune before my very lengthy trek into Tartarus, but just because I never accepted the quest first, it never actually completed. So I just wasted 3,000 yen for nothing, and really don't have the patience to redo 3 hours of progress just to complete the quest asap, so I'll just have to wait until my next Tartarus visit.

Now I'm sure some of you might be thinking, "Well no ♥♥♥♥ Sherlock, you have to accept quests to complete them" but again, this seemed to be a QOL improvement to let you instantly complete quests you already met the requirements for, so I figured this quest would be no different. Iirc, you could only accept a few quests at a time in the original game, but I could be misremembering.

Either way, I just wanted to throw this warning out there so that hopefully no one else goes through the same confusion that I went through.
