The Difference between Borderless Fullscreen and Fullscreen is Insane
The game looks so pixelated on borderless but so good without it. Never seen this happening this Bad o.o

Didn’t notice that on steam deck 800p. Is it running any better?

That doesn't sound right. You have some weird settings screwing up things. This game runs exclusively on DX12, which doesn't even support proper Fullscreen they are both actually borderless FS modes with some different flags turned on.
