Charm,Courage and academics ?????

Im trying to lvling up my social stats but the numbers doesnt seem to go up ive got numerous point in each of them and they still show 1 and each stats. Is it a bug or its normal?

It takes a long time to level them if I remember right. This game runs an entire year.

Yup it takes a lot of grinding to level up those stats.

I'm just before arcana fight 1 and all my social stats are at 2 already lol.

ok, so for exemple when i go part time work and get 1 courage and 1 charm. it counts has experience toward that stats?

According to some guy on twitter:
To max out all social stats in Persona 3 Reload, you need to have:

230 Academic points
100 Charm points
80 Courage points

Level 2 academics is 20 points
Level 2 charm is 15 Points
Level 2 Courage is 15 Points
