Probably because it wasn't. Animations in P3 were really rudimentary, let's be real for a sec. It would be nice to have three clubs pseudo-choice, but I don't find this that big of a deal

That would be nice, but considering they didn't add Answer or FeMC, I highly doubt they would go extra mile to add additional social links. It would be good for replayability though.
