Is anyone else facing an FPS limiter which shouldn't be there?

I got it set to 120 frames, but it's stuck on 60, and no, it's not my screen refresh which is 240 or the H/W power..

Any ideas?

Me too, unfortunately, I have an RTX 3070 in some areas it goes to 120 fps but in other areas it goes to 60, and sometimes at the beginning of some scenes it even goes to 20-30 fps and then stabilizes at 60. I think it's a bit unstable, hopefully with some patches they will fix the problem it's a bit annoying, also because it's a game that should go to 120 fps without problems.

I think I understand where the problem is, you should try turning off the reflections setting, it's pretty much the option for ray tracing, turning it off should improve performance side.

I'm getting locked fps to 30 on menus, everything else is 120 just fine
