Why all the flash and lights?

I have been playing a few hours and i think i need to switch to play in black and white. There are alot of flashing and blinking lights in the game. I play on the tv so im a few meters away but my head and eyes are not liking this game.

Its like they added a ton of glitter to make the game sparkle to make it look brand new.
I had the same problem in Persona 5 Royal when it came to the last Palace and the last area in Momentos and the last part in the game. It was like an oily substance on the screen.

Is it just me that have a hard time whit all the shiny lights?

Bad necro, I know, but I've been having a similar reaction. The high contrast, saturated colours, and constant white flashes are killing my eyes and giving me migraine auras.

Its the same thing in Persona 5 Royal end game, they add an oily rainbow sparkling filter.
There should be an option to turn the giltter and spashing bright colors off.
When i play the Disney Dreamlight Valley i need to turn the screen in to dark black and white . If i dont do that i get sick, and that is a shame becuase the game is fun to play-
