Honestly, i tried the fix, but i find the problem to persist, it is the exact same problem as the one in this screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/nI32iaO
画面UI我很满意,1440P下问题比较少,但FPS不稳定,游戏开始界面仅有30FPS,菜单等UI也是锁定30FPS。部分游戏场景帧数下降比较厉害,游玩过程中,偶尔也会下降。
We're still waiting on a final version with all bugs removed, though.
I honestly don't know how to disable it for a specific piece of software or for the entire system...
Right click it, click properties
Click compatibility
Click "change high DPI settings"
At the bottom, click "override high DPI scaling behavior."
In the dropdown box, select "Application" and hit "OK"
That's the way I know how to override it for individual programs, the other way is if you have it set globally, but I wouldn't mess with the global setting if it's set how you like it.
There's probably an easier way, but that's how I've been doing it. Not a guaranteed fix or anything, but worth a shot.
Nothing, that problem still persists. I tried opening a request on github for Lyall but he closed it as a duplicate of the one talking about models. The problem is still there, probably the fix isn't completely finished
Unfortunately, it has some quirks and I really can't use it in it's current state. When I first started playing the game at 1440p I had a strange visual bug that happened when exiting menus. The UI (especially noticeable with the button prompts and categories on the main menu) for a brief moment everything would become extremely pixelated. It was very distracting and what fixed this for me was downsampling from 4k. Unfortunately, for whatever reason this behavior returns with this mod even running at 4k.
Still, pretty damn sad that this is the state of things. Atlus has a hit here and they can't even put in the bare minimum to fix their game.

This makes sense. I suspect that it's Nvidia's DSR "smoothness" setting that is cleaning it up a bit.
