Turn off motion blur?

hello is there a way to turn it off, it is making the game feel horrible

The game is using unreal engine 4. If you learned how to use google, you can tweak a lot of things like higher AF at 16 instead of 8.

Most of the Motion Blur implementations during the days of PS3 was to hide screen tearing and framerate drops.
Plus, most devs implement Motion Blur in a "default" way that is either so intense it is FAR from realism, or detracts from the experience as it is unnecessary.
There are unfortunately only a few games on the market that made good use of Motion Blur.

I just tried this but my game is on Disc D
do i need to reinstall?

You don't, my game is also on my D: drive. Your settings will still be in C, so you can follow the guide normally.
