Do characters react to your costume?

I remember that being in the original. Did they remove that?

They don't react once you equip one that's for sure
e.g Tuxedo on Junpei doesn't yield any reaction

unless they react once you initate conversation mid dungeon crawl like P4G but I don't know how to do it or if it's a think.

Dialogs regarding costumes could've been moved to random dialog during dungeon crawling.

I just had random conversation in 3rd block regarding every team member in party being female (it's convo regarding "harem") which is normally initated via talk in older P3 versions. With that said it's possible now reactions to costumes are triggered randomly.

Not sure cuz I haven't tested it yet
