Which DLC persona is the best in early game?

Want to play easier in early game but not sure which Persona DLC to buy

Persona 5 Pack 1 - Early Game
Persona 4 Pack - Mid Game
Persona 5 Pack 2 - Late Game

One thing to note is the Persona 5 Pack 1 personas have an innate passive that increases elemental damage, so they'll hit hard and fast.

You could theoretically just buy Pack 2 get Satanael and Sinful Shell your way through the game, but if you want a somewhat balanced experience those are my recommendations.

If you are planning to cheat anyway, instead of wasting money on DLC Personas to carry you, just lower the difficulty. Same effect, but for free.
