Has someone managed to buy it in the Middle East yet?

EDIT : It seems that the only way to purchase this game at the moment is through key sites like CDKeys and Gamivo. Just ensure that the key specifies "global" or "worldwide (WW), and confirm that it can be activated in your country

Due to some of the content in the game, Persona 3 Reload will not be available for purchase either digitally or as a physical product in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

for whatever reason i believe this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because games such as Hunie Pop and Camp buddy are available in those regions so maybe we just wait and see ?

you can get the key on sites like gamivo, i did that for The Quarry when it was region locked in gulf just make sure the key says global
