Horziontal Lines Across Screen
The game keeps displaying these very faint, evenly distanced horizontal lines across the screen, that become more apparent when I move my mouse or run. Anyone know how to fix this? Not sure how to attach a photo, and it's also extremely hard to see from just a screenshot.

Isn't that really vsync being off?
Check your display settings inside the game and put it on

It's not. I mentioned it's not screen tearing. I tried it off and on, still there

It looks like an engine issue, idk how to fix it

It's weird, have you tried playing with the window type option, changing between borderless or fullscreen to see if it fixes.
I don't have these issues.

I have the same issue! No idea why...Vsync is off. Reflections too.

It’s happened to me too, but on my second monitor. It has happened on the monitor running the game, but not nearly as often.

If you have an Nvidia card, I fixed it with Nvidia Control Panel. Global Settings-Triple Buffering ON-Vertical Sync ON.

Does this keep happening to you if you leave the game? My whole PC is filled with horizontal lines and it must be because of p3 since I haven't played anything else

Borderless Fullscreen + Vsync ON did it for me, no more tearing + no more line in the bottom cutting my screen all the time.
